利置長期深耕房地產行銷，我們不是坐在辦公室裡談設計的人，而是每天和購屋者面對面、討論格局、研究坪效、親眼看他們在平面圖上，描繪未來生活。但又常常被格局、法規與設計的問題所困擾～或者在花了錢之後，不但沒有解決問題，連帶房子的價值也失去！

於是，成立了利置空間設計 SpaceGraphic，我們希望用設計，去延伸房子的可能，從市場的角度理解價值，從生活的角度打造空間。

Service Process

提供一次面對面諮詢，了解生活需求與設計期待。

丈量後 1–2 週提出平面配置、空間草圖與提案簡報。

平面定案後進入效果圖、材質、立面與細部規劃。

工程預算編製、合約簽訂，進場施作並控管品質。

提供燈飾、窗簾、家具家飾建議，完善空間風格。

完工驗收、交付圖面、完工照拍攝。
